We understand that not everyone has a favorite nonprofit or charitable organization. We also know that millions of people have unwanted jewelry that they have acquired which now is cluttering their homes, minds, and hearts.

Housed at the Central Texas Community Foundation, the Gold4Good Foundation funds projects across a variety of causes. Any registered 501(c)(3) or sponsored entity is eligible to apply. The Gold4Good Foundation provides grants in the following categories: child welfare, senior/caregiver support, the arts, education, basic needs (shelter, food, healthcare), and nature (animals and the environment).

Finally, if you are not looking to fund a particular organization but are looking to maximize your tax deduction, the Gold4Good Foundation is the best option for your jewelry. You will receive a receipt for 90% of the recycled value of your jewelry, which is greater than the standard 80% that Gold4Good passes to designated nonprofits.
